At Maria Nila, we want you to love your 100% vegan and CO2 compensated hair care products. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt provided they remain unopened and in their original packaging.

Register Your Return

Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Package Your Items

Securely pack the unused products in their original box to ensure they are protected during transit and include the provided return slip.

Ship the Package

Attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
